I have such a treat for you today! This wedding is one of my favorites to date! I had the pleasure of photographing Emily + Nick’s wedding in October but we had to keep the photos under wraps until The Knot’s exclusive feature, which came out yesterday!
Emily is a lifestyle and fashion blogger and lives right here in Greensboro. I was first excited about her wedding because I knew that every detail would be thought of and it was sure to be beautiful! But when I met Emily in person we just clicked and I knew it was going to be a great match! She and Nick are such a sweet pair. It was clear throughout their planning process that while they wanted to take care of their families and guests during the wedding, the day was really about their marriage and celebrating that sacred step in their relationship.
Some of my favorite things about Emily + Nick’s wedding were…
… all the pretty things! Every little detail was so thoughtful and beautiful and I love photographing the getting ready process at the Proximity Hotel! You just can’t beat those big windows.
… working with such a dream team! My second photographer, Anna, is my favorite person to have beside me at a wedding. And sweet Brian and Jenn from Whitewash Films made the day even better. Not to mention all the other amazing vendors listed below!
… the emotion. Sooo many tears and smiles, loving glances, tight hugs, and fun moments to photograph!
… on the same note, Emily’s first looks with her dad and stepdad. They were so sweet.
… late night truffle fries. I don’t think I need to say anymore about that.
