What a session to finish out the summer before starting maternity leave! I have been looking forward to photographing Katherine + Logan since I first met them in March – I could tell at our first meeting that they were quickly going to become a favorite couple. They are so clearly in love, super stylish, and SO excited about their wedding next summer! We photographed their session in downtown Winston Salem where they lived for a while before recently moving (but not too far!). We hit up some of their favorite spots and stopped for an afternoon drink at their favorite bar, Dogwood Hops & Crops! I loved using the locations that will bring back great memories for these two in the years to come – maybe they’ll even get to share their fun city life with their children one day through these photos! We even stopped and picked up their pup, Kevin, for the last little bit of the session which added a whole ‘nother element of cute!
Katherine + Logan, I can’t wait to photograph you two again on your wedding day! Counting down the days with you. . . ;)
